Along with many other reporting requirements a large multinational financial services company needed to generate and distribute 7600 complex Excel reports in a 2 hour window each night. Report Manager enabled them to meet these objectives.

 

Healthcare

A large public healthcare company was struggling to provide the Sales Organization with reports necessary for client review meetings. They needed the ability to support generating over 400 daily requests for a customized 150 page, brochure quality, report based on their sales reps individual filter selections.  A dynamically built table of contents need to be constructed  each time.  Report Manager allowed them to improve the quality of customer facing materials and increase sales productivity by providing the reports on demand. Additionally they were able to reduce costs by consolidating their legacy BI systems.

 

Transportation

A large public transportation company need to produce 50,000 customer facing reports at the end of each month.  These reports ranged from simple to highly complex.  Reports were generated in Excel, PowerPoint and PDF. Report Manager dramatically reduced the time required each month to complete these reports.
